David’s Experience

Born and raised in Indianapolis as a child of Vietnamese immigrants, David understands the experience of living biculturally. Since 2009, David has helped multicultural communities navigate immigration problems, family legal issues, administrative law, and much more.

As the only Vietnamese-speaking attorney offering legal services to communities in Indiana, David believes it’s his duty to serve his community. Well-known as a leading lawyer in Indiana, David also co-counsels with other attorneys as a language broker, making sure you understand everything happening in your case. David is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Indiana, North Dakota, and Texas.

David is also a proud professor at Indiana University — Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).
